Parking? | ||
Each parent/guardian will be given a parking pass at registration for the summary of camp. You will need this parking pass at all times during the week day(s). If you do not have this YOU WILL BE TICKETED! Advanced Play is not responsible for tickets. Check-in: Parking Lot 1B is free on weekends, there is also the Stadium Drive Garage located near check-in at the SECU football stadium. |

What should I bring? | ||
-Turf shoes (astroturf) and sneakers (grass, indoor). No spiked cleats -Water bottle -Stick, shin guards, mouth guard -Goalies bring all your equipment Staying Overnight? Sheets, pillow, blanket. Any other essentials needed for sleep. |

Meals? | ||
Day campers will be provided Lunch & Dinner Overnight Campers will be provided Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Pizza, snacks, water, and Gatorade will be sold on site at the Camp Store. |

Food Allergies? | ||
Campers with food allergies please inform the staff prior to arrival if you have extreme reactions. Please wash hands before and after meals to avoid exposure. | ||
What time is the camper pick up and drop off? | ||
Session 1 and 2: Day Camper pick-up/drop off after registration is at the designated dorms all campers will stay at. (Time and place TBD) CAMPER PARENTS/GUARDIANS MUST SIGN OUT YOUR CHILD AT THE DESIGNATED DORM FOR PICK-UP/DROP-OFF |

What is the counselor to Camper ratio? | ||
Campers will be divided into groups of approximately 14-18. Each group will have at least 2 counselors per group. | ||
Will campers be chaperoned as they travel from one field to another? | ||
Yes! All campers are always chaperoned when moving from one facility to another. We have a buddy system at all times if campers will go into facilities to use the restroom. |

Who is the medical personnel during camp? | ||
-LaTanya Ford: Health Supervisor -Cara Rapoport: Medical Administrator and head athletic trainer - There will be an Athletic Trainer at each field present. |

What will be done if my child is feeling ill? | ||
She/He will be taken to the athletic trainer, who will assess the illness/injury. NO over the counter OR prescription medication will be given to the camper by the athletic trainer, including Epi-Pen administration. | ||
Are parents allowed to pick up their child's early from camp? | ||
Parents are responsible for a notice to pick up their child early. They must check-out before leaving the premises. If you drop off a camper late, staff must be notified prior to that camp day. If any emergencies please call the camp phone at 443-510-7333. | ||
Where is the final session for awards? | ||
The final session will include championship games and an awards presentation at the main field hockey field complex. Parents are encouraged to come. | ||
Can I drive to camp? | ||
Yes, but not encouraged. Keys will be turned in to registration everyday. | ||
Transportation to camp? | ||
Campers are responsible for their own transportation to and from check-in and check-out. | ||
How do I register for a team? | ||
The coach/main contact of the team will first register for the Coaches Registration. Aftwerwards, instructions will be sent to members of the team to register. |
